Home financing can be a remarkably opaque and complicated process.  Ultimately, you have to trust the person you are working with unless you have extensive experience with lenders, escrow, title companies, and all of the other various intermediaries involved in the process.  When you’re working with someone who you know has your best interest in mind, it removes a great deal of the stress associated with the opacity of the deal.

We were introduced to Alliance when Tom was working at Capital Group.  It’s an extremely well-run organization that makes volunteering relatively simple regardless of the amount of time you are prepared to give.  The results they have achieved for their students are simply remarkable.
