Teru Sushi

For those who like their rolls with extra flair, this is the place. While there is traditional nigiri and sashimi, regulars come this Studio City stalwart for fusion-y things like the Latin Roll, a tempura roll plump with spicy tuna, shrimp and jalapeño and topped with sweet eel sauce, and the All In, which is exactly what it sounds like: salmon, tuna, albacore, crabmeat with spicy mayo made into a roll and topped with albacore, avocado, rice and garlic flakes, plus house vinaigrette sauce trickled on top.

It’s described on the menu as an experience where "a cornucopia of flavors explode in your mouth." Indeed.
