How easy it was to refinance my mortgage!!! I’ve been in my home with a high interest rate for more than ten years. Twice I initiated the process to refinance, and both times I abandoned the effort midway through on account of the effort outweighing the benefit, in my opinion. SRM/Boost Mortgage made the whole process painless, and it was so fast – approximately six weeks – better than I would have expected even if we weren’t in a global pandemic!

Working with a team of good people just feels good, and I’m saving so much money with my refinance, so that also feels great, and there were literally no pain points in this process for me at all. I wish I had learned about SRM Real Estate Group and Boost Mortgage a decade ago! 

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO DIRECT YOUR SRM DONATION TO BOARDS FOR CHANGE?

The pain I feel over longstanding racial injustice in America is bone deep. I selected Boards for Change, a Sacramento based community beautification initiative, because it pairs local Sacramento artists with local Sacramento businesses to create messages of solidarity, power, and strength on boarded up storefronts, resulting from the ongoing social unrest in response to the George Floyd’s horrific killing in 2020. Proceeds from donations and the sale of artwork benefits Black youth organizations in the greater Sacramento area, my home base for the last 51 years.
