HOW WERE YOUR EXPERIENCES AS A CLIENT WITH BOOST MORTGAGE?

We’ve worked with Scott and his team on two separate refi’s in the last 10 or so years. On both occasions, Scott did what he does best – he worked hard to understand our objectives, presented a range of options, and clearly communicated each option and the pros and cons so we could determine the best scenario for our needs.

WHAT SURPRISED YOU THE MOST ABOUT BOOST MORTGAGE?

Our previous experiences with financing were very stressful – we never fully understood the structure of the deals (and fees!) and were frequently out of the loop until closing. Scott is engaged and communicative throughout the process, making it stress-free. And he is proactive and checks in with us long after closing to keep us apprised of market conditions.

WHAT COMES TO MIND WHEN YOU THINK OF BOOST MORTGAGE?

Proactive, professional, friendly, and honest – both the service and the people.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE OTHERS TO KNOW ABOUT WORKING WITH SRM REAL ESTATE GROUP AND BOOST MORTGAGE?

When looking at financing or refinancing, it’s important to know your short and long-term goals and find the best options to fit. With Boost, you get both the professional experience and personable, thorough communication to guide you and to help you choose what works for you. That’s hard to find with most lending businesses.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO DIRECT YOUR SRM DONATION TO NOHO HOME ALLIANCE?

The homeless problem in our community is heartbreaking and promises to worsen over the next several months. NOHO Home Alliance is this amazing organization that was founded only a couple of years ago to find collective solutions to address homelessness and other issues in our community. They take a hands-on approach to helping individuals – providing meals, showers, and much needed clothing and other supplies – and also connect their clients to vital access to healthcare, housing and other resources. At a time when we look to our leaders to solve this very big crisis in our community (and country), NOHO Home Alliance is seeing real results and we would love to enable them to increase their impact.
